Degraded Response Times
Incident Report for
Some customers experienced degraded response times and/or an inability to auto-create issues from Helpdesk+. This issue lasted from approximately 3:40PM Eastern US time until 4:00PM Eastern US time. After reviewing the symptoms, we found that AWS experienced issues with SQS that affected our services in the US EAST 1 / Virginia region and resulted in elevated error rates.
